These terms are a legal agreement between Codepure (“we”) and you (the “Client”)[cite: 85].

1. Access and Rules

  • Your License: As long as you pay your subscription, you can use Codepure for your business[cite: 87].
  • Strict Rules: You may only scan code that you legally own. You cannot reverse engineer our platform or use it to build a competitor[cite: 88, 89].

2. Ownership

  • Your Property: You own your source code and your data[cite: 91]. Codepure does not claim any ownership over your code[cite: 92].
  • Our Property: We own the Codepure platform, our scanning engines, and our dashboard[cite: 93].

3. Privacy & Confidentiality

We will keep your Source Code and Vulnerability Reports strictly confidential[cite: 98]. We will not share them with anyone, except our secure cloud provider (Google Cloud) to run the scans[cite: 98].

4. Disclaimers

We provide the service “AS IS”[cite: 101]. While we use top-tier technology, no scanner can catch 100% of all vulnerabilities[cite: 101]. You are responsible for making the final security decisions for your company[cite: 102].

5. Refund & Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated in your contract, you may cancel your subscription at any time. We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing cycles.
